Free delivery is available on all UK orders when you order 3 pouches or more.

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Title and risk in the products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Returns
We hope you love POPDAYS, but if you’re not completely happy, you can return your order in line with the policy below:

Return period: You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Exclusions: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used consumable products.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products to us. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order and return your original order for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@popdays.co, including your order number and photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
